Adobe photoshop HELP!?

ok this is the story.I have adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 and when I try to install it and I get to the serial # when I type it in it says that the serial # is invalid.What should I do?

Where did you get this copy of Elements? From a local store? On line as a download? From a friend? If you purchased it legally, you may need to call Adobe. If you got it from a source that might be questionable, you may have a bogus copy.
get the correct serial number.

Is it case sensitive?

Bring it back to the store.
The activation key is 24 digits long. Six groups of 4 digits in each group. If you have that AND the original disk, then contact Adobe to get it corrected. If you don't have a 24 digit code or the original installation disk, then you have an illegal copy and it will never work.. Come clean on this.
well...if you bought it from a store the code should work...if not take it to where you bought it from and tell them your problem...But iam guessing you didnt buy it???

you should just go to flee market or somthing and buy a CD with all the photoshops (CS, CS2) + alot more useful programs!

call customer service at Adobe. If you have a legitimate program you should be able to install it.

adobe will give you a new key if you contact them through their website. Of course this is only if you can provide them your original key/disk
