After installing Photoshop just rename file ''C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\AMT\application.sif'' file and give another name. Then PS CS3 will work without any time limit.

This won't work, CS3 would not be able to find the file after you renamed it so loading would fail.

You might mean change the target, that means right clicking on the CS3 desktop icon and going into properties, then where it says ''Target'' and a textbox next to it, type in that whole C drive command. Idk if it will work, make sure you copy the original target though just in case it doesnt work, u can change it back to the old one.
