I finished downloading ''part'' of photoshop, now I'm in the program installation part, but there's a problem...It needs me to close Internet Explorer. I did. I even closed Firefox and continued. It still tells me to close Internet Explorer. I even restarted the computer, and it's still the same thing. What's wrong?
PS: It's an emergency because I have a project due tomorrow and this is a new computer. Thanks in advance. I'll post more details if you need anything.

Cancel the installation, unintall if applicable, shut down the computer completely, start up, make sure no browser starts, restart installation.
