In Photoshop: How do I make a button I have made open a new browser page when clicked on?

I have buttons that if you click they go to another page in the web site but I want a particular one to open up in a completely new browser (like a pop up add does) when clicked on.

The reason I need this is because it is a web photo gallery from photoshop and it doesn't allow me to have text anywhere on it and if the viewers want to go back to my home page they would have to keep clicking back on the browser since there is no ''Home'' button on this page.... How do I do this?
