I would like ot get a better photoshop program for my laptop and it has Windows Vista. The one the came with my computer isn't what i'm looking for. any suggestions?

I don't think there is something better than Adobe's PhotoShop, but you can always try The Gimp, which is free.

You can try http://www.gimp.org and get Gimp, a free, powerful alternative to Adobe's Photoshop.
Adobe Photoshop is on an amazing high scale professional image enhancing/editing tool you can get from http://www.adobe.com but it is shareware.
Also PaintShop Pro by Jasc, http://www.jasc.com, is an awesome tool very much like photoshop, also shareware.
