Person, and bacrkound and lines coming out from it diagnolly everywhere from the center of the pic but it's behind person? lol need a picture?

Picture on the right? I see one on the left of the screen. It's just a background. It was most likely created with specialized graphic software. To do something like that in Photoshop would be quite a task. Just seach the internet for "free backgrounds" and you'll probably find one that is similar. You could also try to contact the user of this website and ask them how they created that image.

1. Understand and love the basis of photoshop: Layers.



2. Learn to extract people from photos



(There are different ways: using pen tool, polygonal lasso tool, quickmask method, etc)
