The Photoshop pen tool??

Well im in my Adobe Photoshop CS2 and I have gone around a shape with the pen tool, but as im doing this tutorial

(here: http://www.tutorialized.com/tutorial/Pop... It says after using the pen tool I make it into a selection.

does this mean I have to go around it again with the lasso tool? or does it mean there is just a button I can click to make it a selection?

Please Help!

Right Click on your shape and choose Make selection from the popup menu.
