I don't have any links for you. You should be able to get that done at any type of graphics design company. But it would probably be cheaper to just buy the program (even though it's expensive) learn it, and do it yourself. Graphic designers will charge a fortune...depending on the extent of editing you want done to your photos and what you are wanting done. You may get lucky and find an individual to do it instead of a company. Try flipping through your yellow pages and calling around to see what people charge. Some photography studios might be capable of doing it and at a lower cost. Or try google graphic design and/or photo editors in your area.
