You *could* pirate it through Bittorrent or Limewire or some other such service, but that would be illegal. Not to mention, if you were going to illegally pirate Photoshop, why would you bother with a version from 5 years ago?
Photoshop is unreasonably priced for the end user, but there are alternatives. Adobe produces ''Photoshop Elements'', which is essentially a stripped-down version of Photoshop and is MUCH more affordable. Paint Shop Pro is comprable to Photoshop and is more sensibly priced. The GIMP is no Photoshop, but it's pretty good and ''free'' is a hard price to beat.

Gimp is not as powerful as Photoshop. People need to stop thinking Gimp and Photoshop are equal, they are not.
You are not going to find Photoshop 7 for free. If you need to purchase a copy you can find copies on eBay.
PhotoShop any version is NOT for free at all and never will be period. GIMP is a good alternative though.
