there are p2p sites that you can get photoshop. but this sites has a lot of virus and spyware that goes with it. theres a site in the philippines that i got the photoshop elements for free and this site is free from virus and spywares. but you have to register which is free. go to http://www.kalibog.com though the catch here is that you have to learn a bit of filipino language in able to find what you need in the site.
You can't do that legally, and it cannot be discussed here.

Oh dear. Adobe photoshop is not a freeware. if u realy want use freeware go to http://www.freeware.com or http://www.download.com download any other image editing software. like FxFoto 4. Saint Paint Studio 12.1. or u may use Ulead photoImpact trial version. (www.ulead.com).
