that video was filmed over an hour squeezed into a couple of minutes! the person who done it took a long time to do it and used a huge variety of tools to make it smaller.

There isnt a tool labelled 'make me thin', its a matter of using a range of different tools sufficiently, it is very hard to do and only looks proffesional and therefore believable if you have experience using the program.
