Things like video editing, as opposed to uploading, or picture or image editing are things which are very cpu intensive operations and it is likely that these are the areas which be last to have online software programs created as they would be much too intense for todays systems.
This is something which needs to be done on your own pc. You can of course use free image/photo editing software such as gimp.

There isn't one at yet. But the Beta (testing) phase well probably start next year.

But it well be something used only if you sign up for some Photo web site (like photobucket or something like that).
For now you have use trial versions. but it does look pretty good. I'm sure the features well be small.
